The Tasting
A seven-course progression of seasonal produce, rare cuts, and house ferments — paired with a curated cellar of vintage wines.
A seven-course tasting menu and patisserie crafted in candlelight. Intimate. Unhurried. Quietly extraordinary — for those who know.
Every element of an evening at the Maison is considered — from the first amuse-bouche to the final gilded petit four.

Hand-finished pastries gilded in 24-karat leaf. Collect from our salon by day, or close your evening with the dessert flight.
An intimate room for celebrations of up to ten, with a dedicated maître d', bespoke menu, and a quiet table for two by the hearth.
Founded in a converted townhouse on the old quarter, Maison Aurelle was built on a single belief: that true luxury is restraint, attention, and time. We seat just twelve guests a night so that no detail is ever rushed.
Our kitchen sources from a handful of trusted growers and our patisserie counter is finished by hand each morning. What we make is small in number and large in care.
